Queensland Social Housing

Social Housing

The Queensland system is complicated and there are lots of different options to navigate your way through.

The term Social housing includes public housing, community housing and state funded affordable housing (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community housing) targeting low to moderate income households.

The system is not easy to navigate your way around so we recommend that you go to OnePlace and call the Homeless Hotline at 1800 474 753, to find out what help you can access.
